Hi, thought i would contribute to the off topic and absurd section of the forums

This isnt a "game" really but a sharing section.
Ever have someone say something or you see something that reminds you of anything in guild wars?
Well...i do sometimes =P. Mabey i have no life, lol, but this is pretty shocking to me. Ok ill go first

School today-
English class- Watching romeo and juliet and Lord capulet says "we want retribution on the montauges. Retrebution the skill! ftw!
Ballroom scene-maskers enter the room and they look just like mesmers ftw!
Everyone is dancing in sync and it reminds me of grotto

Hallway to lunch-Some smoker said that he scourged a cig. Reminded me of scoured healing =X

New Testament(yes i go to public school)- Luke 24:32- They asked each other "were not our hearts burning within us, while he talked with us on the road...."
Kinda reminded me of the burning imps in kryta and the hearts they drop.

Note: i think that thinking about this list made me think about guildwars more often than i really do. It was fun anyway. Mabey i just ruined my chance of anyone thinking i have a life but reguardless i thought of these things.

I sadly agree with Lilac. Though I did see a girl with a number of facial piercings, and I couldn't help thinking "how very necromancer-looking" ...or could be pretty cool. Why don't they have more body piercings? (Necromancers, that is.)

Heh at work I farm gold and skill points (skills) :P but saving for a RL Guildhall takes a lot longer :/ and I can't map travel.

On one night out: When I stepped out of the house one evening I thought to myself "hey the graphics look good this evening" then I went to the train station where I tried not to aggro any chavs. I met up with 2 of my mates who play WoW who said they needed to go to draw some mana from the bank. Luckily I'm not sad enough to ask for dwarven ale or spiked eggnog when at the pub. :P

EVERY time of the day I have it again!
At 22 minuts past 11, it reminds me of a max dmg staff/wand (11:22)
At 22 minuts past 3, it reminds me of a max dmg sword (15:22)
At 28 minuts past 3, it reminds of me a max dmg bow (15:28)

So stupid :/

Lol, guild wars wouldnt be hide-able because you need 1) A CD, 2) its a program so you couldnt get out of it quickly...yes i HAVE thought through this cause i wanna play GW at work XD

At my place of internship, a facility that rents or sells Durable Medical Equipment and respiratory materials, there was this one worker with her hair dyed purple. It wasn't styled like Nika, but it sure had me thinking of the cover art assassin, plus that woman, compared to Nika, is...reality-sized, so to speak.
